Do you bake or fry your Doughnuts?

Answer

All Walker’s Doughnuts are Made Fresh Daily! We fry and decorate in store each morning, ensuring our promise – ALWAYS Fresh, NEVER Frozen.

Question 2

What is the best way to store my Walker’s Doughnuts?

Answer

Our Doughnuts are best consumed on the day of purchase. If needed, Doughnuts can be held under refrigeration below 4°C for up to 48 hours.

Question 3

Can your Doughnuts be frozen?

Answer

We cannot guarantee Doughnut shelf life after 48 hours, please note that freezing will the affect the sensory/eating properties of the product.

Which Doughnuts are in your core Range?

Answer

We have 40 Flavours, Made Fresh Daily! Our Range includes Noonies, Rings, filled Ball Doughnuts AND MORE! Please check our Menu, call or visit in store for information on our current Range.

Do you make Doughnut cakes?

Answer

We bring the Doughnuts to the party, you stack how you like! Doughnut Towers are the perfect replacement for Birthday Cake. Please contact your Local Store for Catering Orders or Custom Requests.

Do you make mini Doughnuts?

Answer

Our smallest size is our famous Hot Jam Doughnut, also available in Hot Nutella and Hot Biscoff too!

Question 7

What ingredients do you use in your Doughnuts?

Answer

We use only high-quality ingredients/additives in our Doughnuts. We source as many ingredients as we can from Australia. A lot of our ingredients in our secret proprietary Walker’s mix are simple baking ingredients such as Flour, Sugar, Milk, Salt, Yeast, Eggs, Vegetable Oil, ETC. Ingredients such as emulsifiers are Soy derived and are of Vegetable origin. Please see our full Allergen List for more information.

Do your products contain Nuts?

Answer

Yes, some of our products use Nuts as a decoration or filling (such as Nutella or Peanut Butter). We cannot guarantee that our products have not come into contact with Nuts, in either our facility or in our supplier’s facilities. If you have concerns, we politely ask that you play it safe and do not consume our products.

Do you offer Gluten Free, Vegan or Vegetarian products?

We are in the process of developing Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian friendly Doughnuts. In the meantime, enjoy our Drinks Range with Plant Based Milks!

What Oil are your Doughnuts fried in?

Answer

Our Doughnuts are fried in Halal Certified Animal Fat.

Are your products Halal Certified

Answer

Our valued Customers dietary practices are very important to us. We are not Halal Certified but all the ingredients that go into our Doughnuts are Halal friendly. Our Frying Oil is 100% Halal Certified. Please check our Menu, call or visit in store for information on which Doughnuts are Halal friendly.

Our Hot Dog Beef Frankfurts, Sauces and Toppings are Halal Friendly. Please note our Pork Kranskys or Ham Toasties are not.

Do you use Gelatine in your products?

We don’t use Gelatine in our Doughnuts or Jam Filling, however our Custard Cream contains Halal Friendly Gelatine.

What Milks do you offer in your beverages?

Answer

We offer a variety of Milks in store, both Dairy and Plant Based are available.

Where is your Coffee roasted?

Answer

Our Award-Winning signature Walker’s blend “The Black Rose” is roasted in the capital city of Coffee, Melbourne! Our Beans are available for purchase in Take Home Bags, purchase a 250g or 1kg Bag in store today.

Is Walker’s Doughnuts American?

The concept was originally developed in Melbourne, Australia and is based on Jimmy’s Family Bakery from New York, USA. We have taken the classic elements of 1930’s, 40’s, 50’s and 60’s Americana and incorporated them into the iconic look that is Walker’s Doughnuts.

Yes, our physical Gift Cards are available for purchase in store or you can purchase and send an eGift Card online here!

We offer Catering! Please contact your Local Store for Catering Orders or Custom Requests. Our Franchise Partners will quote and discuss the orders with you further. Please give 1-2 weeks notice.

What Payment Methods do you accept in store?

Walker’s Doughnuts accepts cash in store, along with all major credit and debit cards both in store and online. This includes Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

How is the accessibility and seating at Walker’s stores?

Answer

Each Store Location has a different seating arrangement, so we recommend calling ahead before your visit if you require extra seats or room for your visit. Please note, most Kiosks in-centre have ample seating space while our Melbourne CBD stores have built in stools for quick bites. Please contact your Local Store or Shopping Centre ahead of time for specific accessibility discussion.

Why do your prices change sometimes?

We always strive to keep our prices stable and fair. Although to maintain the highest quality and use of exceptional ingredients, we have to raise our prices from time to time to be in line with price rises from our material suppliers.

Can I earn points by scanning my Walker’s Rewards App?

Every online and in store purchase you make, earns you points! 1 Point per Dollar Spent, to be exact. Once you reach 100 Points, these convert into $5 Doughllars for you to spend at Walker’s!

Do I earn points on delivery or pick up orders?

Answer

All Pick Up Orders placed through the Walker’s Rewards App will earn Points. We cannot issue Points for orders placed through Delivery Partners or Too Good To Go.

Do my points expire?

Answer

Yes all Points will expire after 1 Year, don’t worry – this is only for inactive accounts!

I forgot to scan my app – can points be added later?

Answer

Yes you can submit your Points request through the Walker’s App, under “Claim Missing Points”. Note you will need a copy of your receipt and your order details to do so.

How do I redeem my Doughllars / Voucher?

Answer

Simply scan your Membership Barcode or the available Voucher barcode in store and they will automatically discount or reduce as needed! Please note, most Vouchers are one time use and cannot be used at same time as any other offers.

How do I place an order for pick up?

Answer

You can place a Pick Up Order from your Local Store using our Rewards App! Schedule it in advance for same day, see your order history and save your favourite orders there too. Download the Walker’s Rewards App here!

What payment methods are available on the Walker’s App?

Answer

When placing your Pick Up Order, you can use a Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a Walker’s Doughnuts Gift Card. If you have available Doughllars, you can use these to pay also!

How do I order delivery?

Answer

Walker’s Doughnuts are on both UberEats and DoorDash in most areas, please check our Delivery Partner Apps to order. Not available in your area yet? We’ll be there soon!

What happens if I have a problem with my delivery?

Answer

For any wrong, late or missing order issues, please contact the Delivery Partner that the order was placed through. Walker’s does not have access to these orders and cannot reimburse directly.
